Vinclo · Networking on Autopilot
Tired of mass applying?
Let Vinclo network for you
The best opportunities never make it to job boards. One assessment, one upload, and Vinclo takes it from there.
What Vinclo is
Do you have more in you than one resume can hold? Do you keep a different version for every direction, tweaking, sending, filling out the same fields again, and hearing nothing back? That was never on you. One resume and one application form can't hold a whole person, and this process was never built to see one. Vinclo only needs to meet you once. After that, the right opportunities come to you.
How it works
01Vinclo gets to know you
A 5-minute work style assessment, then drop in your resumes, however many you have. No forms to fill out. Vinclo reads all of it.
02Vinclo does the networking
You go about your life. Vinclo brings your full picture to teams already looking for someone like you.
03Both sides have to say yes
The door only opens when the interest goes both ways. Every good cake finds its cup of tea.
04Land the offer
A match opens a direct chat. No cover letters, no application portals. When the conversation clicks, the offer follows.
